Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner at the Front Desk.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
