Roles and Responsibilities of Property Manager
- Ensure productivity and accountability, and guarantee that goals are being met
- Identify potential tenants by Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
- Manage to prepare contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping services
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Managing the sale, rental, or development of properties.
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Handle all aspects of our partnership with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, including finding new tenants, managing tenancy renewals and terminations.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree (Regular) is highly preferred.
- Required equivalent work experience of 15 years in property management is mandatory (both Commercial and Residential)
- Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates.
- In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations
