THE REQUIREMENT IS FOR A REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN CHENNAI. CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE STRONG REAL ESATE FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE. CANDIDATES FROM SOUTHERN REGION AND KNOWLEDGE OF TAMIL WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
Real Estate Finance Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze Real Estate investment opportunities, including property valuation, cash flow projections, and risk assessment.
- Evaluate financing options and recommend optimal capital structures for Real Estate projects.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and manage budgets for Real Estate development and investment.
- Forecast financial performance based on market trends and project-specific data.
Financial Reporting:
- Generate financial reports for stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Debt and Equity Financing:
- Structure and negotiate debt financing (such as mortgages and loans) for Real Estate acquisitions and development.
- Collaborate with equity partners to raise capital for Real Estate projects.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with Real Estate investments.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
Fundraising Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
- Present investment opportunities and address investor inquiries.
Fundraising Campaigns:
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to attract capital for Real Estate projects.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, investor meetings, and roadshows.
Due Diligence:
- Conduct due diligence on potential investors, including background checks and financial suitability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during fundraising.
Fund Structuring:
- Design and structure Real Estate investment funds (such as private equity funds or Real Estate investment trusts).
- Determine fund terms, fees, and distribution policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance & CA
- Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in Real Estate finance & private equity.
