AddressQuantity Estimation
- Review the Client BOQ. Carry out Arithmetical checks on the BOQ provided by the Client, along-with the PO.
- Prepare Bill of Materials & Quantity for the Project, based on the Project requirements/ Drawings/ Specifications/ Special & General Project T&C/ etc.
- Share Variation statement (Client BOQ v/s Budgeted BOQ) to Project team, for further Client approval.
Project Budgeting & Control
- Prepare Project Budget. Allocate the same to C&P and SM.
- Monitor the Budget Consumption and ensure that all the Procurement actions are in line with the Contract/ Project Budget.
- Monitor and keep a record of usage and storage of material at site on a weekly basis.
Billing (Clients)
- Regularly monitors the Actual quantities Vs. BOQ and notifies SC/SM, in case of any potential overruns are anticipated.
- Prepares the Site Billing Cycle, for every ongoing Project.
- Ensures submission of the Bills, in line with the Plan.
Billing (Contractors)
- Work closely with Site officers and prepare the HIGH PARRA quantities and abstracts of work executed and get the same verified by Client/PMC representative.
- Scrutinize claims of Sub-Contractors & Suppliers with support from Site officers
- Prepare payment certificates for Sub-contractors, suppliers, and Nominated suppliers including variation works
Site Survey
- Check consumption of materials supplied to the contractor.
- Check if work is done as per promised standards
- Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case
Billing Operations
- Check the bills technically & Arithmetically
- Make adjustments in bills for excess consumption and faulty as per guidelines from site
- Make adjustments in bills for advances paid
- Make bill entries
Team Management
- Identify the team members and external agencies required to execute the IT Plan of the company
- Participate in selection interviews to select the right candidates for the team
- Orient and train new joiners in the department
- Monitor activities of the team to ensure all SOPs are implemented correctly and work is executed as per schedule
- Train and counsel team members to ensure they perform efficiently
- Evaluate team performance
