Responsibilities
• Estimation and preparation of quantities from drawings• Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, sub-contractors, and suppliers• Preparing rate analysis• Preparing the project budget• Certifying RA bills• Certifying weekly contractors and subcontractors bills• Monitoring NMR cost within the estimate• Ensure costing as per the budget• Preparing MIS reports for costing• Preparing additions/rebates bill for clients
Requirements
• Candidates with experience in residential, apartments, and commercial offices preferred• Must have practical/site experience• Very good Excel skills• Familiarity with specifications and sub-contracts
