Quality Manager II

Job Responsibilities
Supervision on the execution of Departmental yearly strategy in terms of projects, initiatives.
Conducting weekly and monthly one to one business meeting with Quality Supervisors and Sr. Supervisors.
Conducting skip level Quarterly meeting with Quality team and gather their feedback and concerns.
Managing and attending new implementation project meeting and assuring that the quality requirements are met within time frame of project milestones.
Supervision on the execution on the development plans for the Quality resources.
Track and measure performance improvement across all Quality and CSAT and attrition metrics in EGYro.
Setting corrective action plan and strategies for performance improvement to assure that site CVA meets the targets.
Assure that Hired Quality resources are within SOW ration and department budget and seeking new ways toward efficient operation.
Key skills & knowledge:
Min 8-10 years exp in Quality Domain in BPO sector.
Ability to drive initiatives to closure.
Ability to deal with all levels of employees.
Ability to provide leadership, direction, and motivation to build high performing teams.
Analytical and Quantitative skills
Excellent Communication skills
Data Handling / data interpretation skills
Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools, and technologies.
Should understand Transitions, which is spread between the Handover, Start-up, Manage and Exit phases to be able to manage Transaction Quality functions effectively.
High level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stake holders, peers etc.
Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Detail oriented, Strong organizational and Presentation skills
Flexible to work in a 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)
Six Sigma certified (Preferred)
Knowledge of quality tools/ structures / Process Mapping / SOP (BPMS) creation etc.
Educational Qualification: Graduation
