Role Name : QC Engineer
Responsibilities
- Carrying out inspections and testing on materials, products, and equipment to guarantee that they are up to the relevant requirements and standards.
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
- Inspect, test, and measure new products.
- Working together with other departments to discover and address problems connected to quality and to enhance the overall quality management process.
- Ensuring that records of inspections, test results, and other Quality Control data are kept accurately and comprehensively.
- Providing management, production teams, and other stakeholders with information regarding quality issues and concerns.
- Monitoring the production processes and providing suggestions to enhance the work's quality and efficiency.
- Instructing the production teams and other staff for various processes and methods of Quality Control.
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Develop, execute, and analyse quality reporting measures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 0 – 2/3 + years of industry experience (Preferred in CCTV & Surveillance)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
- Good communication skills.
