- Proficiency in call auditing methodologies and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales protocols and effective communication techniques.
- Experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
- Advanced certification in training and development is preferred.
Job Requirements
- Conduct thorough audits of recorded calls to ensure coverage of all Business Advisors (BAs).
- Utilize a structured evaluation framework to assess call Quality and compliance with sales protocols.
- Analyze call data to evaluate BA performance across various parameters.
- Identify patterns and trends to highlight areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized feedback to BAs based on call audit findings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing team performance and recommendations.
- Analyze audit results to identify training needs at individual and team levels.
- Develop a training plan aligned with organizational goals and sales targets.
- Design and facilitate engaging training sessions focusing on soft skills development.
- Utilize various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Work closely with the training department to integrate TNI plans into the broader training strategy.
- Ensure alignment of training content with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Review and update sales processes and Training content based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team.
- Utilize CRM and data analysis tools to gather insights from call data.
- Interpret data to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Update training materials regularly to keep them current and relevant.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of training programs.
- Facilitate open discussions and feedback sessions post-training to encourage continuous learning.
- Advanced certification in training and development, especially in soft skills training.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
