As a Quality Analyst, you will perform activities supporting ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) performance for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, Coordinate on Defect Free Process activities, Support Lean Manufacturing and deployment, Support Statutory requirements compliance and actively engage with Cross Functional teams on IMS, Lean performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinates on ISO IMS Performance – IMS Compliance, Auditing, Management Reviews and Certification Activities
- Coordinates on Internal and External audit planning and execution
- Ensures effective closure of Non-Conformances (NC) to ISO IMS
- Provides governance to Facility metrics performance and reporting
- Supports and Drives Lean Performance – Built In Quality, Standard Work, Safety & Process FMEA,and Lean Waste Reduction
- Coordinates on deployment of Facility Defect Free Product / Process
- Training Coordinator for Lean and ISO IMS
- Supports Statutory compliance activities
- Supports on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Quality, Lean & Statutory requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Equivalent graduate is a must
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in Quality Systems / Quality Assurance / Quality Control and Lean Deployment
- Prior ISO Management systems knowledge / experience
- Strong Interpersonal skills as role demands active collaboration with cross functional teams
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified ISO Internal / Lead Auditor
- Certified 6 Sigma Green Belt or Trained in Lean Deployment
- Power BI and Power Apps knowledge
