Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
As a Program Manager / Project Management Office, understand the vision outline and roadmap the project management(Opens in a new tab) process throughout the product lifecycle with larger organizational goals in mind
• Overall responsibility for ensuring process compliance for the project and facilitate adherence to the processes laid down for the project.
• Conducting Retrospective meetings with project stakeholders and help, them in identifying root cause and corrective action for the same. .
• Having Knowledge in handling tools such as JIRA and confluence.
• Performing Maturity Assessments in Agile transformation Projects.
• Escalation of any risks/issues identified in project to the senior management.
• Proficient in Conducting Internal Audits, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Defect Prevention Process.
Contributing Responsibilities
• Quick learner & having knowledge and/or experience of the Banking & financial domain
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/iterative methodology
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Proficient in Process Facilitation, Compliance audit with CMMI standards for Development, Enhancement, Maintenance, Testing and Production support projects and conducting process related trainings.
· Proficient in Conducting Internal Maturity Assessments /Audits, Configuration Management Process.
