Summary of Position:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of our system through both manual and automated testing processes. This role involves conducting functional testing, including Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) testing like load, response, and stress testing. The candidate will review business requirements, design, and execute test cases, report defects, and collaborate with teams to address issues. Additionally, the role involves creating user manuals for effective system utilization. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or related field, with experience in testing methodologies, test case design, and defect reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in user manual creation is preferred.
