Responsibilities :
We are actively seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our growing team.
- You will work closely with other team members in designing, developing, and executing manual and automated tests to ensure that all new code is functioning properly and that the system requirements have been successfully implemented.
Responsibilities include :
- Define, document, and execute detailed test plans to exercise system functionality.
- Utilize open-source tools or develop custom scripts for automating tests involving both back-end processing systems and front-end Web-based GUIs.
- Use technical skills to troubleshoot user interface, application, or backend systems/database issues.
- Participate in project review meetings, providing testing metrics/status and notifying management of critical failures and missed milestones.
- Use bug tracking software to track and report issues.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects at once.
Requirements :
- Perform hands-on QA testing including data integrity for new features and Regression Testing while working with developers to resolve all identified defects, risks and issues.
- Create documentation for reference and reporting.
- High demonstratable empathy for our end users.
- Knowledge of software testing methods and techniques.
- Ability to develop and execute test cases for applications using software tools.
- Ability to accurately report and describe issues both orally and in formal written format.
- Experience in testing web-based software applications.
- Ability to follow schedules and produce a quality product.
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium with JavaScript.
Qualification & Skills :
Minimum qualification : Engineering Graduate
No. of years of experience : 4 - 8 years
Communication level : Excellent
