- Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices, tools, and methodologies including (Selenium, Api testing, Jira).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and implement relevant changes to improve overall quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document quality requirements and ensure that these requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and initiatives.. Preferred candidate profile.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Must have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with selenium.
- Exposure in unit testing frameworks is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues..
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is preferred.
