Job Description:
Fully understand and conduct inspections and audits (if multiskilled) independently / as a member ·
Conduct inspection as per instructions.
· Effective communication with office staff and factory representatives.
· Ensure all relevant materials / documents are taken during Inspection.
· Prepare inspection / audit report which are complete, comprehensive and presented in an understandable manner.
· Consistency with Powerhouse91 guidelines.
· Ensure that Jobs are completely, filled and submitted to office within next morning.
· Fully understand and comply with the requirements of QA Powerhouse91 standards when implemented.
· Filing of all relevant documents, draft and final audit reports.
· Clarify all inspection related queries with Supervisor / Manager.
· Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment.
· Ensure that the equipment / other infrastructure provided by company are not mishandled /damaged.
· Support the Supervisor / Manager / for any other job as assigned
