With proven success in achieving Product-Market Fit, we are on the lookout for an experienced Manual QA Tester to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives tailored specifically for MarTech products. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch products to our clients and customers, and we are in search of a talented Manual QA Tester to join us in this endeavor. Key Responsibilities: Experience with Manual Testing: Utilize manual testing methodologies for thorough test planning, case design, execution, and defect reporting. Demonstrate proficiency in database testing, API testing, web application testing, regression testing, and integration testing. Write Clear Test Cases: Craft clear and concise test cases based on product specifications, demonstrating an acute attention to detail to detect even the slightest anomalies. Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical skills to comprehend product requirements, identify potential risks, and formulate comprehensive test cases. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team to comprehend features and technical implementations, contributing to the creation of comprehensive test plans. Work collaboratively with the QA team to enhance test coverage and optimize testing efficiency. Defect Reporting and Tracking: Take ownership of defect management by meticulously identifying, documenting, and tracking issues throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and resolution specific to MarTech solutions. CI/CD Optimization: Integrate tests into our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous quality and reliable testing across the development lifecycle. Adaptability and Learning Aptitude: Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including automated testing frameworks. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role in software development or testing. Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in crafting clear and comprehensive test cases. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a bonus. Understanding of Automation principles.
