Create and execute manual test cases for NICE CXone web applications along with generating data manually or through APIs using POSTMAN.
Lead release sanity activities like creating test plans and test executions for NICE CXone web applications, tracking timely completion, sharing test report to stakeholders.
Contribute to team’s UI automation (not at full capacity)
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
Streaming Expertise, UI Automation using Playwright, API Automation, Streaming Automation and Manual QA - Mandatory
Expert in designing test cases, test plans.
Used either Selenium or Playwright equivalent UI testing tools.
Languages Java/Javascript
Experienced with defect management and tracking tools, preferably Jira.
Excellent communication skills, very good English
Experience working in Agile.
