Post - QA MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
A. To ensure the final product quality as per the specification & customer requirements.
B. To check and confirm the incoming raw material are within the given norms.
C. Centralized shade approval @ Dadra plant and coordination with all units.
D. In-process inspection of all the running products and ensure it is within the norms. And NC’s should be highlighted and take corrective actions.
E. To ensure all the lab equipment’s in working condition.
F. To calibrate the measuring equipment’s before the due date.
G. Ensure the accuracy of equipments.
H. Proper training to provide the QC staffs as and when required.
I. Reporting all the quality-related summarized and daily/weekly /monthly reports to the management.
J. Cleaning audit is conducting (monthly) and a report send to the management.
K. Any additional work given by the management should be done and reported the same.
L. For disputed material at 4.0 pm meeting represented as a committee member to check the material and will see the critical and non-critical quality issues and will take the decision of one-time approval along with another member.
- ISO 9001:2015 – MR
A. Ensure all the QMS systems are implemented and monitoring the same.
B. (IQA) Internal audit to be performed twice a year along with the internal auditors.
C. To prepare internal audit reports and inform to NC’s of individual departments to the management and take corrective action.
D. Prepare and update all the documents for ISO 9001: 2015 surveillance audits.
E. Perform the surveillance audits.
F. Observations and suggestions of the auditor to inform the management and take corrective action.
- 5S- coordinator
A. Coordination with 5 s trainer and arrange training programs.
B. Evaluation of individual departments and submitting report.
C. Follow up with individual department KAIZEN and maintain records.
D. Monitoring and measuring COSTCONTROL – Data collecting and prepare summary reports and forwarded to the concern.
E. Monthly stock (store) evaluation- collects details from the store and maintains records.
