Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Python)

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Integrations : Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to design, develop, and maintain integrations with diverse security products and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and effective threat detection.
• Connector Framework : Architect and construct a connector framework to streamline the integration of different security and cloud platforms, simplifying the incorporation of new technologies into the ecosystem.
• SOAR Automation : Develop and manage SOAR automations, playbooks, and workflows to enhance incident response and threat mitigation capabilities.
• Architecture and Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using Angular or React for the front end and Python for the back end, with a primary focus on security, integrations, and automation.
• Cloud Integration : Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy secure and reliable software solutions with integrated security features.
• Code Review and Security Assurance : Enforce security coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure software security through automated testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and address security-related performance bottlenecks in the software, ensuring optimal security and performance for enterprise-level usage.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cybersecurity teams, cross-functional teams, product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality and secure software products with seamless integrations and automation.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to security integrations, connector framework, SOAR automations, and software security measures.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers in security best practices, integrations, and automation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Fast API).
  
• Experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot (Java), understanding of Big Data frameworks like Kafka, Redis.
  
• Experience in creating real-time streaming enterprise products is a plus.
  
• Cloud computing expertise with experience in deploying and managing secure applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  
• Experience in building connector frameworks for integrating security and cloud platforms.
  
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing SOAR automations, playbooks, and workflows.
  
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices with a strong focus on security, integrations, and automation.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about security challenges.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding development teams.
  

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  
• Knowledge of micro services architecture. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  
• Contributions to open-source security projects or a strong online portfolio of security-related projects.
