About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python development, be familiar with various Python frameworks, and possess a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities :
Branch management and control of code flow through version control and environments.
Ensure a quality product through code excellence.
Release planning, organization, and oversight.
Respond to production issues and able to work in critical timeframes.
Troubleshooting of issues and delegation of tasks to most qualified team members.
Supervise and assist developers with technical issues and blockers.
Act in leadership role across all projects and teams. Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science or related field.
15+ years of experience as a software engineer or similar environment.
10+ years of experience as a senior engineer or similar leadership role.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills. Tech Stack.
Python/Django/ Fast API mandatory (experience with Celery beneficial).
JavaScript/React.
Linux Server Administration.
Git/GitLab or similar tool.
AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc..).
Docker, Kubernetes & Containerization.
