Procurement of raw materials, bought out items and sub-contracting work on suppliers in consultation with Purchase Manager and Assistant Manager Purchase.

To place the purchase orders in accordance with the product requirements containing all necessary specifications and terms & conditions.

Follow up with raw material suppliers and job work suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

Review delivery and quality performance of existing suppliers.

Monitoring & controlling outsourced processes.

Inventory controls of all stores and continual improvement in inventory control.

Identify raw material / job work suppliers.

To conduct supplier assessment.

To get approval from Purchase manager for the approved supplier list.

To take decision on purchase requisition.

To prepare purchase order.

To take decision on supplier ratings & reevaluation.

To take decision on outsourced activities & related agencies.

To take decision after verification of Purchased products or services.

For right supplier evaluation.

Accountable for preparing right approved supplier list.

For finalizing the purchase requisition.

For right supplier rating & reevaluation.

For right selection of outsourced activities & agencies.

For proper verification of purchased products.
