- Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and techniques
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective acquisitions
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers
- Conduct research to identify new products and suppliers that meet quality standards and cost requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for products and services
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased products and services
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the improvement of purchasing processes and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
