Purchase Executive

1) Person must able to handle DAILY supply chain ( procurement) as per MRP plan /against schedule
released by PPC through MRP .
2) Maintain min-max stock level for Direct supplies item as defined Norms.
3) Must able to manage PR of respective department and able to convert it Purchase order and follow up to
arrange material as per Plant requirement.
4) Must be knowledge of Price revision Management / New Supplier developments and part development.
5) Will be responsible to identify Cost Reduction initiatives (Direct & Indirect) and able to implement the
same as per annual FY targets .
6) Person must able coordinate with PPC department, prepare /release of schedules and rolling forecast to
suppliers on monthly basis.
7) Must have knowledge of Inventory Management able to control Slow Moving, Non-moving & Obsolete
Inventory items as per defined company norms.
8) Good knowledge of MS office and system understanding to work on ERP
9) Preparation and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to monitor and review the defined KPI
& KRAs
10) Good communication skills / Team Player
