Job Description Area Sales Manager /Regional Manager
- Specialize in selling crushing & screening, Cone crusher, Jaw Crusher, VSI, Screening, hands-on experience
- Crusher equipment and plant sales experience are mandatory
- Maintain and expand vendor relationships
- Responsible to target customers in heavy construction equipment industries to develop
- Develop and implement specific marketing strategies
- Work closely with relevant departments and the corporate office throughout the sales process
- Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers preparing proposal and cost
estimations and quotations.
- Following up with the customers for deal finalizations.
- Getting product feedback from market & assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc.
Work Competencies Required:
Required Candidate profile:
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication,
interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Able to travel frequently
- Preferred experience from crushing industry, good presentation and customer centric skill
Experience : 5+ years of experience in Crushing & Screening Industry
Salary as per market standard .
