Project Test Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for prior testing of new solutions as a part of SED
- Responsible for prior testing of all OEM components before introduction into projects.
- Support Field Engineers during installation at site.
- Documentation of test procedure conducted and its results for future reference.
- Responsible for testing of all software upgrades on suitable lines present on the floor.
- Assist in training of new recruits in Quality Control.
- Be a part of the Quality Control team in project execution.
- Involvement in design, assembly, execution, testing and integration of PoC’s at customer site /environment for extended period as per requirements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Must hold a relevant Third Level qualification in an engineering discipline, preferably a BEng in Electrical / Electronic / Automation/Mechatronics or relevant.
- You will have at minimum 3-5 years relevant industrial experience in a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance/Installations/Integration/QC. Different sectors' experience will be taken into consideration.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
- Ideally must be able to speak English, Konkani & Hindi
- Must have problem-solving skills and possess a "can-do attitude".
- You must be flexible to travel to customer sites for extended periods based on requirements.
- Must hold a full, clean driving license.
