AddressUrja Bio System Pvt Ltd is a leading renewable energy company specializing in the development and implementation of bioenergy projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team through all phases of project management, from concept to implementation. You will closely collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal departments, to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor and track project progress, resolving any issues or roadblocks that arise
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive team environment, motivating and leading project teams to success
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and industry trends is a plus
- PMP certification is highly desired
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
