Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing of the projects. This
role involves coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project
success within budget and timeline constraints. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving
efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards in waste management
initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective
project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track
with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information /
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Prior experience of handling and managing projects is a must.
Dealing with Stakeholder and vendor management.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting.
Problem solving & Negotiation skills, attention to detail, organized and a team player.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Adept with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Capability to write crisp written documents.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
