Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of Delivery Excellence team to analyze cost data, manage governance, KPIs, and resource management. You will be responsible for analyzing, creating and presenting various reports at management level. These reports would include financial reports, client governance decks, KPI reports,… to name a few. Your job would be to ensure consistency in governance across various services, creating and maintaining repository of all relevant reports. You would need to coordinate with various stake holders (both internal and at client side) to gather required information for these reports.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good in Microsoft office Tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word,…
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Dashboard Tools like PowerBI, Tableau
- Strong Leadership skills
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Good analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of work experience in similar roles.
- Generating weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports in Tools like Excel, PowerBI,….
- Managing invoicing and billing process.
- Managing resource management process using Tools like Workfront, Excel,....
- Building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding internal processes followed and compliance within Merkle.
- Ensuring consistency in governance decks across services.
- Follow best practices with regards to data maintenance.
- Working on any adhoc requests coming from senior leadership.
- Process documentation.
- Tracking KPIs like utilization, chargeability, productivity, quality,…
- Maintaining data repositories
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any field with 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing database development, customer data management
- Application development projects using Agile and iterative methodologies
- Experience working with teams ranging from 5-10 people
