JOB SCOPE

Role : Project Implementation Manager

QIMA is a leading provider of supply chain compliance solutions, that partners with brands, retailers, and importers to secure, manage and optimize their global supply network.

QIMA has an on-the-ground presence in 85 countries, combining industry-leading experts for onsite inspections, supplier audits, and lab testing with a digital platform that brings accuracy, transparency, and intelligence for quality and compliance data.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key functional stakeholders and IT management to provide business requirements, and system requirement specifications and identify system impacts. Define goals, milestones, and deliverables of the project;
  • Define objectives and milestones, and maintain the schedule for the program including deliverables;
  • Measure performance and project progress as compared to the initial plan and budget;
  • Communicate about project progress to functional and technical teams by producing project reports including achievements and areas of concern;
  • Address all issues and adjust the projects priorities in line with Lab management's decisions;
  • Coordinate resources effectively to ensure project needs are addressed and assign tasks and deliverables to concerned team members;
  • Provide training to lab teams to deliver and update knowledge about the LIMS system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Chemistry, IT, or any related technical degree;
  • Experience in the food testing industry is preferred;
  • Knowledge Configuration/customization and implementation of LIMS (Lab Vantage would be a plus),
  • Other Skills Include:
  1. requirement gathering
  2. process streamlining & solution design
  3. testing, validation
  4. Lab support, troubleshooting, and user training
  5. Reports, Complex Master data, Instrument integration
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various multinational stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to understand business requirements while at the same time evaluating technical implications.

Expert Knowledge of:

  • In particular, they should be expert on:
  • Core LIMS
  • JAVA, JS, ANT, AJAX, and SQL languages.
  • JBoss, IntelliJ IDEA, Oracle SQL developer, and Microsoft SQL Server tools.
  • Workflows
  • Jasper Reports and Bartender tools
