Project Delivery Manager

We are looking to hire a ‘Project Delivery Manager’ - the secret superheroes at Parallel who help teams create magic. You might not be diving into design or engineering files every day, but you're the mastermind who keeps everything in harmony. You never lose sight of the big picture or get lost in the tiny details. No matter what surprises come your way, you handle them with finesse. Your ninja-level communication and problem-solving skills even impress the toughest clients. Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients.
• Take ownership of the project plan, which includes schedules, communications, risk assessment, and deliverables.
• Provide support to team members by eliminating obstacles to their work and identifying ways to enhance efficiency.
• Drive decision-making regarding the project's scope.
• Manage project finances, timelines, resources, and priorities.
• Identify, address, communicate, and escalate both project risks and opportunities, particularly those related to product design and development.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to define the product's scope, roadmap, and key milestones, ensuring alignment with our budget and resource plan.
• Take charge of scope prioritization and communicate delivery expectations to the client.
• Review work progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure it aligns with our quality standards and project objectives.

• Prior experience in consulting or agency environment and also in the social impact sector
• 3+ experience in managing both web and native mobile products.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing design and engineering. Familiarity with working alongside strategy, research, and content/copywriting teams is a valuable asset.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a keen understanding of the nuances involved in working with startups as well as large enterprise clients.
• Enthusiastic leadership style that commands respect and inspires people
• Extensive experience dealing with major enterprise clients and successfully navigating complex, sizeable organizations.
• Deep expertise in developing and executing communication plans and stakeholder mapping for large client teams.
• Skilled in managing substantial stakeholder groups and driving consensus on decisions to maintain project momentum.
• A knack for swiftly establishing trust and rapport with both team members and clients.
• Unmatched ability to gauge the atmosphere of a meeting, whether in person or via virtual platforms like Zoom.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
