The Project Coordinator assists in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within an organization. They work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely and successful project completion. The Project Coordinator facilitates communication, coordinates tasks, and monitors project progress.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Project Planning and Coordination:Assist in developing project plans, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members.Schedule and organize project meetings and capture meeting minutes.2.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.3.Project Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders.4.Resource Management:Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.Maintain project resource documentation.5.Risk Management:Identify and assess potential project risks and issues.Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.6.Documentation and Quality Control:Maintain accurate project documentation.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.7.Budget Monitoring:Support tracking project expenses and resources.Assist in budget reporting and forecasting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.· Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.· Strong organizational and time-management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
