Project Overview:
Palladium is appointed as the Program Management Consultant (PgMC) for the Operation and Management of City Bus Services of Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC).Nashik Mahanagar Parivahan Mandal Limited (NMPML) under Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) aims to build a robust public transportation ecosystem that will bring about a modal shift to being sustainable, efficient, safe and state of art public transport infrastructure for Nashik.
Job Description:Assist Client with overall Strategic and Operational Planning for the Client to make it one of the most efficient and passenger-friendly city bus services in the country. These works shall include but not limited to:Recommendation for optimization of each process for Bus Operation and preparation of Standard Operating Procedure for each processRecommendation related to improving various operations within the ClientRecommendations to improve Operator's efficiency towards the betterment of servicesRecommendations to improve the efficiency in Depot ManagementInputs regarding multimodal integration, in terms of Physical, operational, institutional etc.Prepare a plan for Cost Optimization and Revenue augmentationPrepare an action plan for yielding Investments/ Aids.Prepare Bus Operation Monthly and Quarterly Reports
Role Requisites:M.Tech or M. Plan in Transportation Engineering /Transport Planning or equivalent2 Years of Work Experience in Public Transport Projects
