Must have Skills : Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional Good to Have Skills : No Industry Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with Project Managers and Leads Develop knowledgebase articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution Provide technical expertise, guidance, mentorship to team members Technical Experience : Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project manager/project lead capacity Prior experience in implementing Contract Management applications is required Sould have Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management Modules and customization Responsible for requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration Professional Attributes : Excellent communication skills written and oral with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts Logical approach to problem solving and priority mapping Ability to work under pressure as a team player Educational Qualification: 15 plus years of complete education Additional Info :15 plus years of complete education
