We have an opportunity with a leading Manufacturing Company for Production Supervisor.
ROLE: Production Supervisor
Qualification: Mechanical (diploma/B.E)
Location : Sri city
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Machine Loading, Manpower allocation and ensure Material availability
Monitor output on hourly basis and ensure adherence to Norms.
Ensure operator safety by monitoring adherence to PPE's and safety norms.
Responsible for Line Quality
Adherence to SOP for effective process adherence
Cycle time reduction projects for productivity improvements
Daily Production MIS reporting
Material Accounting batch wise
Involve Operators in 5S adherence
Adherence to Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Machine upkeep.
Cost Reduction projects Implementation
