â—� Ensuring Cost Effectiveness

â—� Fittings are good & finishings are of high quality
â—� Managing human and material resources
â—� Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
â—� Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
â—� Selection and maintenance of equipment
â—� Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
� Working with the team to implement the company’s goals
â—� Reviewing the performance of subordinates
â—� Identifying training needs
â—� Coordinate with the design team for samples

Requirements:
� A bachelor's or master’s degree in production management/business
administration/fashion designing or a similar field
â—� A proven work experience of minimum of 2 years in the similar role
â—� Proven knowledge of working on MS Office
