Job description As a Product Marketing Associate, you’ll define strategic positioning and communication to create a niche perception of Anakage brand across the globe. You will drive content and marketing strategies’ execution to ensure successful launches and accelerated adoption of Anakage products and website. You will drive Sales and celebrate revenue impact working across multiple teams in the organization including Customer Success and Product teams. You will drive engagements with Analysts, Clients and Partners to understand needs, trends, competitive offerings and effectively position Anakage products with differentiation over competition and enhance brand image across multiple channels. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization from the product ideation stage all the way through to market execution   Responsibilities   Value messaging and Brand positioning:  · Frame the right messaging and positioning to bring out Product’s value proposition and differentiation creating a brand identity in all content and digital presence. · Engage with industry analysts on our offerings, client success stories, roadmap and industry practices in Digital Workplace space to drive Content and outreach. · Make Anakage brand visible with Tradeshows, webinars and Events. You will roll up your sleeves to execute content, delivery, networking, outreach, organizing, whatever it takes to creatively voice our brand   Drive Launch to Support: • Drive end-to-end go-to market planning and execution for Anakage products throughout the product lifecycle working relentlessly with multiple teams.   Content Development: • You will design and deliver creative and technical writing at the same time to frame relevant and interesting user stories to evangelize change and innovation in IT Help Desk. Eventually you will drive the team once you have mastered it yourself at Anakage. • Understand sellers (MSPs, Resellers), buyers and their buying process and develop compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, videos, demos, and other materials that influence an informed buying decision.   Funnel Creation: • Understand Digital marketing and drive content lead demand generation programs with a view on revenue impact.   Drive Sales: • Participate, lead and support inhouse and Partner field sales teams on Anakage platform’s value proposition, Use cases, differentiation, benefits by developing and testing marketing collaterals.   Competitive and Market Intelligence: • Track and build intelligence on competitive offerings, differentiate Anakage products, and train field teams on defeating competitors   Qualifications • At least 2 years of solid Product marketing experience in a fast-growing B2B technology business   • Experience in End-User Computing/IT infrastructure/IT Operations is preferable • Proven experience with Technical writing is preferable • At least 1-year experience in market facing business content creation for technical solutions • Excellent inter-personal skills and successful in building relationships with geographically dispersed colleagues and external parties • Possess outstanding written and oral communications skills • Work with a sense of urgency in a changing environment with strong business acumen • Should be able to travel up to 50%, including internationally for events, trade shows etc.   Why join Anakage:   Anakage is revolutionising the way End User Support is delivered and consumed by enterprises.   Anakage builds Collaborative Bots aka CoBots to empower users on systems and applications increasing productivity and reducing support costs.   Anakage's one of a kind Collaborative Automated Intelligence platform helps augment human capabilities, automate end-user support and increase user experience.
