JOB SUMMARY

Overview:

• You will be part of our global network services team that comprises of experts from various technical background working closely with each other to design, test & deploy Zero Trust, Web Proxy & other Network & Web security solutions 
• In this role, you will be acting as a technical lead and front ending project as well as Product related initiatives while working closely with different internal teams and external vendor to provide consultancy and project deployment for the bank. Your objective will be to ensure that the Solutions are deployed and implemented within the specified timeframe and are following bank regulations and security framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as an SME for Zero Trust Network Access & Secure Web Gateway (Web proxy) you will be working with various internal teams and external vendors in order to implement & integrate a new solution in the bank.
• Demonstrate and guide the organization on the need for a good security posture and adopting new security technologies.
• Maintain documentation on procedures, incidents, change requests by providing feedback and user input.
• Develop strategy to deploy ZTNA for all locations in the bank.
• Be an advisor and a SME for Zero trust network framework and other related security protocols.
• Drive the team to work in co-ordination and comply on the deliverables and timelines.
• Provide the necessary knowledge transfer to the team and trainings to keep them updated.
• Be a motivation to the team

Strategy

• Define and manage architecture artefacts including reference architecture documents, blueprints, technical and non-technical security requirements aligned to the corresponding strategic roadmap. 
• Align architecture principles with our cybersecurity strategy, ensures alignment to roadmaps, cyber security, and resiliency standards as well as to our architectural framework.
• Responsible for security architectural design, ensures appropriate documentation as well as reflection of the architecture in the solution implementation roadmap. 
• Analyse market trends and threat landscape, provide meaningful insights, opportunities, and risks. Represent the architecture group in key internal service architecture governance forums.

Business

• Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on security architecture
• Provide deep architectural expertise on complex cloud and on-premises projects.
• Work closely with peers in the security architecture group, service and solution architects, engineers, project teams.

Processes

• Ensure that changes are implemented adhering to Groups Change Management Process
• Identify gaps in existing processes and highlight it to higher management for process improvement
• Identify missing cybersecurity and cyber-resiliency capabilities in alignment with changing business needs, threat land scape and technical requirements to increase the quality of the selected solutions also including topics such as products’ convergence over time and products decommissioning.

People & Talent

• Strong knowledge in Networking protocols, Zero Trust Framework, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, experience in network security design principles, experience in deployment of Zscaler product ranges.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Engineering graduate or relevant work experience
• Any Security Certifications such as CEH, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, etc Good to have.
• Relevant experience of 5 years working on various Web proxy, firewall or ZTNA based solution
