Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team at A L Paper House. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 3D modeling software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of product development process
- Excellent illustration and sketching skills
- Knowledge of material selection and manufacturing processes
- Ability to create prototypes using various techniques
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and develop new and exciting designs for paper products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate 3D models and prototypes of product designs
- Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost-effective
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth manufacturing process
- Select appropriate materials and techniques for each design
- Develop and maintain design specifications and documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends and new design technologies
