About my client:
My client is a leading product company developing end-to-end Accounts Payable software.
Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end design processes for the Purchase Order Matching product, Reporting features, and common components.
● Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
● Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
● Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the Purchase Order Matching product, Reporting features, and common components.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and excellence, including product managers, engineers, and other designers
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
● 3-4 years of proven product design experience, focusing on purchase order modules of products and web-based applications.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Collaborate seamlessly with North America-based teams, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environment across time zones.
