We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver to join us as a Product Analyst within the Product Management team of Innovaccer, one of the world’s fastest-growing healthcare-tech companies. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving up product strategies by processing and analyzing data and taking end-to-end ownership of defining and reporting key metrics.
A Day in the Life
- Analyze and report trends in large and complex datasets by leveraging automation and
dashboards across various external and internal tools - Present findings and recommendations in an effective manner to drive strategic
decision-making - Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and other teams in an enterprise setting
on innovative solutions to pain points - Proactively define, develop, and analyze new KPIs/metrics to help optimize product
operations - Work alongside various product and other leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need structured problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities,
willingness to take initiative and drive them, excellent verbal and written communication skills,
and high levels of empathy towards internal and external stakeholders, among other things.
What You Need
- Experience/Qualification
- Graduate degree from top-tier institutions
- 0-1 years of experience working, preferably in a fast-growing product company - including good internships experience
- Experience planning and leading major initiatives in the product function
- Understanding of product management, agile development, customer/user engagement
- Experience establishing processes used by teams on JIRA, Mixpanel, etc
- Ability to learn new analytics and product management tools
- Advanced user of one or more among JIRA, Mixpanel, Fullstory, Excel/Google Sheets, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Demonstration of the use of data and evidence-based decision-making
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, SQL, etc, will be an added advantage.
