You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Procure to Pay Processing team helps clients and organizations by boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to Payment. The team is responsible for accounting of goods and services, through master data management, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, Invoice processing, payments and query management . They also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The role of a Helpdesk associate primarily is responsible for activities assigned in PTP related to Handling end to end Supplier query related to Invoice processing, Vendor Master, PTP GRIR, PTP Month close, T&E. Ensuring the defined processed is followed and the accurate outcome is achieved. The Helpdesk Operations team is responsible for managing the queries received from the Supplier or business and interacting with the require stakeholders in ensuring the query is satisfactorily resolved by providing the required answers or enabling the resolution by reaching out the responsible stakeholders who can help resolve the same. The team also reviews and checks on the quality and timeliness of the responses and resolution being provided. The role requires good communication skills (written and spoken) with a good understanding of the end to end Procure to Pay process, to help resolve the supplier/ business queries.
