Job Description
Research:
- Source publicly available contact information and content to create product support information for end users
- Communicate with contacts via emails and internal ticketing tools to source contact information and content to surface to end users
- Check sourced information for validity and availability on internal tools and databases
- Use internal tools to publish sourced content for end users
- Capture and index sourced and published content in Excel
- Streamline processes and build flowcharts where applicable
Writing: Added advantage
- Leverage open-source existing documentation, manufacturer content and contact information, to create product support information
Ensure Quality:
- Ensure that information found is useful, accurate and in line with client guidelines
- Ensure timely response to all communication, updates to knowledge base and reports
- Build the content taxonomy and include SEO words to enable quick search
Strengthen relationships:
- Work with client team to create content for effective query resolution
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Good English language written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Graduate in any stream or related field
- Intermediate level Excel skills
