Job Description

Research:

• Source publicly available contact information and content to create product support information for end users
• Communicate with contacts via emails and internal ticketing tools to source contact information and content to surface to end users
• Check sourced information for validity and availability on internal tools and databases
• Use internal tools to publish sourced content for end users
• Capture and index sourced and published content in Excel
• Streamline processes and build flowcharts where applicable

Writing: Added advantage

• Leverage open-source existing documentation, manufacturer content and contact information, to create product support information

Ensure Quality:

• Ensure that information found is useful, accurate and in line with client guidelines
• Ensure timely response to all communication, updates to knowledge base and reports
• Build the content taxonomy and include SEO words to enable quick search

Strengthen relationships:

• Work with client team to create content for effective query resolution

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: 

• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Good English language written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Graduate in any stream or related field
• Intermediate level Excel skills
