Job Summary:

As a Practice Outreach Manager at Corporate Professionals, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our firm's presence and engagement within our specialized practice areas. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic outreach programs aimed at building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:i. Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies to promote the firm's services and expertise in specific legal practice areas.
ii. Identify and engage with potential clients and referral sources through networking events, seminars, workshops, and social media platforms.
iii. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials that highlight the firm's practice area strengths and successes.
iv. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and strategic partnerships.
v. Organize and participate in community and industry events to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in key practice areas.
vi. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, including potential clients and referral sources.
vii. Provide regular reports to senior management on outreach activities, outcomes, and ROI.
viii. Work with the legal teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:i. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A background in law or legal studies is a plus.
ii. Proven experience in outreach, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
iii. Strong understanding of the legal industry and specific practice areas relevant to the firm.
iv. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
v. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
vi. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
vii. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
