PR Communications · Develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives to support the brand & Affiliate Business and policycefforts. · Interface, consult and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams across the company. · Educate users, press, bloggers, analysts and influencers about the brand & affiliates and initiatives related to private communications. · Drive positive stories across a broad range of media, including for policy-makers, consumer & lifestyle, business and industry/trade outlets. · Support and manage the creation of press materials. · Have good understanding and knowledge of beauty market in India. · Respond to media requests and leverage opportunity · Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events, as required. · Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople profiling Influencer Marketing · Serve as the POC for all influencer activities. · Collaboration with internal marketing / brand teams to identify talent to create relevant content · Managing the brand’s annual Influencer Marketing campaigns and Monthly campaigns · Maintaining a relationship with the key influencers in the industry. Briefing and communicating campaign objectives to the influencers. Ensuring the smooth execution of our campaigns · Negotiating and maintaining good commercials · Influencer Campaign Creation · Liaise with the global brand teams to understand, strategize, plan and execute campaigns · Thorough understanding of business objectives, brand goals and requirements · Drafting Quarterly and Monthly plans · Influencer Campaign Execution · Familiarity with briefing documents · Creating monthly and campaign-based reports · Ensuring regular tracking and full delivery on all brand deliverables · Ensuring high-quality of content and communication during influencer execution · Logistics management; preparing hampers and dispatching products to influencers · Ensuring all processes are followed accurately · Ensuring all campaign deadlines are honored and maintained Key skills we are looking for: · Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal skills · The role involves liaising with agency partner, external vendors, influencers, brand teams as well as other internal spokespeople so verbal and written communication skills are paramount · Project management skills · Multitasking skills are vital · Familiarity with Social Media channels of brands, publications and influencer content is a must · Familiarity with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, , YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest forums and blogs is important · Great time management skills · Someone with attention to detail is a must Experience Needed: 4 to 7 years
