Responsibilities
• Influencer Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive Influencer Marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and reach.• Influencer Management - Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, key partners and stakeholders aligned with our brand values.• Brand Representation - Ensure consistent representation of the brand through influencers and PR initiatives, maintaining alignment with brand identity, voice, and aesthetics.• Content Collaboration - Collaborate with influencers and content creators to ensure the development of engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand.• Public Relations - Craft and implement effective PR campaigns to build and maintain a positive brand image. Manage media relationships, press releases, and other communication strategies.• Collaboration with Digital Media and Marketing Teams - Work closely with the Digital Media Manager and Marketing Manager to align influencer and PR strategies with broader organizational goals and campaigns.• Event Management - Plan and execute events that align with our brand's image and goals, leveraging influencers and PR strategies for maximum impact.• Data Analysis - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.• Trend Monitoring - Stay updated with the latest trends in Influencer Marketing, public relations, and related industries to keep the brand innovative and competitive.• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing - Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to optimize the commercial performance of influencer and PR content.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and public relations roles.• Understanding of the strategy, tone, and style of our brand and content.• Ability to effectively use analytics to track, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Proactive and initiative-taking attitude.• Strong project management skills.• Comfortable taking responsibility and ownership.• Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt to change.• Ability to have fun and keep it real in a collaborative work environment.
