Role Summary
IT Enterprise Engineering team provides technical leadership for our Collaboration, Identity, Workflow, Compute, Storage, and End User Compute environments. Microsoft Power Platform is emerging as a critical enabler for business success, and we are looking to bring on additional resources to accelerate several exciting projects. The right candidate will join a small team as it looks to build upon the success of earlier initiatives and incorporate Azure AI services where they can boost value.
What you will do
- Collaborate with our existing Power Platform Developers to define and institute our strategy for Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the IT Service team to define and deliver critical business capabilities in our IT Service management bot
- Collaborate with stakeholders from our business functions to identify and deliver workflow automation that yields high returns on investment..
- Define our roadmap for the implementation of Azure AI services, briefing senior leadership and working with our AI council to build in suitable safeguards.
- Collaborate with our existing Power Platform Developers to facilitate platform changes, prioritize our backlog, and create new stories through business analysis.
- Design Integration solutions with third-party systems, to develop automation capabilities between Power Platform and other IT tools.
- Design and implement thorough testing and debugging strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of all capabilities delivered.
- Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign, transitioning existing business processes into the Power Platform solutions.
What you will bring
- Hands-on Experience of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including Dynamics, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents
- Knowledge of Azure AI services and how they can be combined with other Power Platform Services
- Understanding of Agile working practices and experience in working in scrum teams
- An enthusiasm for optimizing and automating business processes.
- Passion for delivering solutions that have a great user experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
