AddressWe at Powerhouse91 are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Senior Brand Manager for our women's wellness brand Azah. This is a core leadership role and comes with the opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to building some of the most critical brand building capabilities within the organisation.
The Job:
- Champion the brand's cause and story inside and out. Work on creating/refining brand fundamentals like positioning, mission statement and target audience through a customer centric approach.
- Understand our consumer better than anybody else - conduct market research, interviews and feedback sessions with customers as necessary to derive deep differentiated insights.
- Be a key decision driver across all business processes related to the brand - Product Quality and New Launches, Marketing, Sales and Distribution.
- Own brand marketing end-to-end across various media and channels. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to core brand pillars across all forms of execution.
- Drive customer love, brand's share of mind and consequently topline and bottomline growth through various paid and organic levers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech/BE/B.Sc./BA) from a reputed institute.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management/marketing preferably in a new age women's beauty and personal care brand.
- Experience in carrying out large scale influencer marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
GOOD TO HAVES:
- MBA (Can be compensated by equivalent work experience)
- Experience in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing
