Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated analyst to support IT Procurement and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end IT procurement processes (purchases requisition, purchase order, invoicing, software license management and cost analysis) and IT Project Management. The successful candidate will work with IT and Business Process Transformation leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the IT procurement process, including credit cards, PR/PO, invoicing, budget to actuals, spend analysis, and license management.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to ensure that IT procurement activities align with overall financial plans.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT contracts (Software Subscription, Professional Services, etc.) for signing of.
- Track and manage prioritized IT projects including open tasks, follow-ups and reporting of status.
- Leverage systems to retrieve data for business partnering and analytics support, summarizing needed information for insightful actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or relevant field
- On-Hands experiences with tier 1 ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, EPM, ERP, etc.), Brex, etc.
- At least 4+ years of experience FP&A, IT procurement, or Project Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
