The purpose of the role is to support the Director BD under the MD's Office in executing business strategy, coordinating and prioritizing cross-functional strategic priorities and to improve processes and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency, all in close collaboration with the India and EM SLTs. This role is critical in shaping and delivering the India Moonshot
Key Responsibilities
PMO / Strategy Execution - 60%
- To support the BD Director in executing the global / EM / India strategy
- To manage and support India reporting, including Board Updates, EM Updates, Market visits, etc.
- To drive process improvement initiatives across India and be an active team member in cross-functional teams.
- To monitor progress against SBP and work with India SLT's on x-functional priorities
- To support EM SLT in facilitating on-going management meetings, monitoring, and reporting progress to key stakeholders
- To support the development of the India Strategic Business Plan in alignment with EM and Global Strategy
- To ensure that the SBP are aligned, and the Cluster / EM strategies are put to life
- To proactively assess the need and drive the change in business processes and organizational evolution, including Operating Model changes based on business opportunities

- University degree in business, ideally with sales or finance focus
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in the sporting goods or comparable industry
- Cross-functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / IT
- Experience within different countries and/or different cultures
