Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : Micro Focus LoadRunner Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any Graduate Key Reponsibilities : A:Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements B:Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective communication with client C:Able to handle project independently D:Excellent oral and written communication skills Technical Experience : A:Atleast 3 Years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter B:Good knowledge on Server side like JVM, threads, CPU and Memory C:Good in Analysis and able to identify bottlenecks D:Able to lead/execute the project independently E:Good in C or Java programming and logical thinking Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal written communication skills B:Possess high analytical and problem solving skills C: Good stakeholder management skills Analyze test results and generate reports to document performance resiliency findings
