We seek a highly motivated Performance Marketer Specialist to join our team.As a Performance Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on generating Leads and increasing Sales/customer acquisition.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building, managing, and executing/overseeing Performance Marketing campaigns from scratch, driving revenues month-on-month, and preferably have prior experience in the education industry/D2C brands.Responsibilities:PPC Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant ad networks. Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, optimize bids, and continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to meet business goals.Lead Generation: Develop effective strategies and implement lead generation campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels. Leverage targeting options, create engaging ad content and optimize campaigns to drive quality leads for our products/services.Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other relevant platforms to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing efforts.Marketing Tech stack: Possess a good understanding of various marketing tools and platforms for campaign management, lead generation, and analytics. Be proficient in using these tools to execute and measure marketing campaigns effectively. Example: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok AdsCollaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns. Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within D2C brands/Worked in Edtech Space.Proficiency in Performance Marketing tools and platforms (e.G., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing ROI through Performance Marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of owned digital channels, including websites, email marketing, and mobile apps.Experience with digital ad platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat is requiredExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Familiarity with web analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.CTC provided: Upto 6.5 lpa
